You can change the default frequency for the grid (ElmNet) as follows:
1. Log on as Administrator
2. Go to Database => Configuration => Class Templates
3.) Create an instance for ElmNet and set the default frequency to e.g. 60 Hz
4.) Change to your standard user and create a new ElmNet. The default frequency is now 60 Hz
