Generally the softkey license is bound to the machine on which it was activated and - in contrast to a hardlock - it is not intended to be moved to another machine. However, for justified cases, such as hardware replacement, a transfer of the license is possible. This transfer is limited to two times per calendar year. For example, you can move the licence twice in December this year, provided that no moves have been done this specific year and move twice more in January next year (as a consequence, you will not be able to move anymore for the rest of the next calendar year).
