How can I visualise if a cable is overloaded during the short-circuit?

Answer
- Make sure that the used type of the cable or overhead line contains the correct value for the "Rated Short- Time (1s) Current (Conductor)" parameter in the Short-Circuit tab. The default value is 0, which means that no overload limit is considered.
- In the Diagram Colouring Scheme select for Short-Circuit calculation colour settings according to "Loading of Thermal/Peak Short-Circuit Current".
- Enter "Fault Clearing Time (Ith)" in the input dialog of the Short-Circuit calculation (Parameter Name "Tk").
- When performing Short-Circuit calculation, the actual thermal loading is evaluated based on the AC ans DC component of the Short-Circuit current and based on the duration until the fault is cleared. The standard IEC 60909 evaluates I*I*t(m+n), where m is considering the DC current and n is considering the AC current.
