How can the calculation of fault current along a line be automated?

Answer

With the short-circuit sweep command it is possible to calculate Short-Circuits along a path.

Therefore it is necessary to define a Path (SetPath) and a Short-Circuit Sweep command (ComShcsweep) along this path in the study case. The command includes the basic options of the path, the result file and the short circuit command and the advanced option of the step size along the path.

The attached example includes a Short-Circuit Sweep command in the study case. If you run this command it writes a result file, the results are displayed in the plots of the page "Output" and they can be exported to the output window. The User Manual describes how to define a path.
