I get one of the following messages:

Proxy configuration is invalid

Failed to update the proxy configuration!

Answer

You have to verify the proxy settings, this are available in the Licence Manager and via PowerFactory menu -> tools -> configuration -> network.

Please note, that for proxies that use authentication, it is necessary to additionally enter the settings in CodeMeter Webadmin.
