Resolved issue with PowerFactory on licence activation and application start-up
We would like to inform you that our service provider Wibu-Systems AG has resolved their technical issues.
All services requiring online access such as licence activation, deactivation and update as well as the connection checks in the licence manager are now completely available again. Thus, PowerFactory can be used as before.
Though all processes are back online, temporary issues cannot be ruled-out yet, but should stabilize within the next hours.
We apologize to all affected customers for the inconvenience caused by the issue. We will work through the incident with Wibu-Systems AG and analyze the causes of the disruption. In this process, we will develop appropriate actions to avoid downtime in the future.
