Known Issue for StationWare 2018

We wish to inform you about a recent issue that has been found in the StationWare 2018 & 2018 R2 software.

“The update of static device type models or process type models results in the unrecoverable loss of all setting and process/task parameters of the updated type.”

Being aware of the potential risk of this issue, we will provide a new service pack early next week.
