A new "license_converters.xml" file is required whenever

• the license version changes,
• additional converters should be licensed,
• the number of guest user accounts changes,
• StationWare is installed on an other machine.

Information on how to request a converter license file can be found in the StationWare update or installation manual.

Once you have got the new "license_converters.xml" file from our sales department, copy it to the StationWare installation directory.
