DIgSILENT at the 20th PSCC in Dublin, Ireland
DIgSILENT had a prominent presence at the 20th Power Systems Computation Conference, organised this time by the UCD in Dublin from June 11th – 15th . The PSCC has developed into one of the most prestigious conferences in the area of modelling and computation of power systems. The importance of the topics addressed is reflected by the number of around 400 participants with a research background. The scientific audience and presenters guaranteed a high number of innovative paper sessions for different kinds of simulations in all voltage levels and sizes of networks.
DIgSILENT also contributed to the Power System Protection session of the conference, our colleague Alberto Borgnino presenting a paper on the “Comparison of the performance of different directional polarizing methods in cross country fault protection of a MV Loop” in the session for Power System Protection. (Authors: Alberto Borgnino, Manuel Castillo) .
DIgSILENT, being one of the sponsors of the conference, had an exhibition stand where participants could obtain information about the possibilities for using PowerFactory in their fields of research. We'd like to thank all the visitors and customers for visiting our booth this year.
