PCIC Energy Europe 2023 Conference

The 19th PCIC (Petroleum and Chemical Industry Committee) Energy Europe Conference was held in Milan from 6 to 8 June. This year's focus was on projects related to the decarbonisation process through electrification and the increasing use of VSDs in oil and gas facilities.

We had very interesting discussions about the capabilities of PowerFactory to perform system studies for the integration of renewable energy into industrial grids, in particular with regard to dynamic modelling and the performance of RMS and EMT simulations. In addition, the application of our PFM300 and PFM300-GCC monitoring systems was of great interest to the attendees.

We would like to thank all visitors to our stand for the lively discussions and interest in our products. We would also like to thank the PCIC organising committee for hosting this conference and giving us the opportunity to present DIgSILENT's products for use in the oil and gas industry.
