Security issue in PowerFactory licence component (CVE-2023-3935)

Our vendor Wibu-Systems AG has informed us about a security issue in their CodeMeter Runtime when running as a server. (For details see https://www.wibu.com/de/support/security-advisories.html, WIBU-230704-01/CVE-2023-3935)

With respect to PowerFactory, this issue is considered to be critical for all Multi User and Team Editions licence server installations.

The issue is fixed in latest CodeMeter Runtime version 7.60c, which can be downloaded directly from Wibu via https://www.wibu.com/support/user/user-software.html. We strongly recommend all customers to update the CodeMeter Runtime component.
